Is Worqan really free to try?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required.
Who is Worqan built for?
Worqan is built first for small HVAC shops—and for similar appointment-based trades like plumbing and electrical—that want one place for online booking, scheduling, customers, estimates, invoices, messaging, and the people who deliver the work.
Can customers book online?
Yes. Publish a booking page with your services, pricing, availability, and service area. Customers request or instantly book; requests land in your daily Brief connected to the schedule and jobs—not in a separate form inbox.
Can I text customers from Worqan?
Yes on Growth and Business. Register a dedicated business number for two-way SMS. Outbound job texts and customer replies stay on the job when Worqan can match them; unknown numbers and unmatched replies land in Texts—an exception queue, not another messaging app.
How long does setup take?
Most companies can create an account in under a minute. Start adding customers and jobs right away, or switch over by importing a CSV from your current software.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Upload a CSV export of your customers, employees, or services—including typical exports from Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan. Worqan auto-matches columns and shows a preview before anything is added, so you can review the import first. (Save Excel or Google Sheets as CSV before uploading.)
Can you set Worqan up with my real customers?
Yes. If you’re switching from Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar, tell us about the shop and we’ll load your customers, services, and team so you can try Worqan with actual jobs—not an empty account. No credit card.
Can my team use it in the field?
Yes. Worqan is designed for both office staff and people on the job, so everyone stays in sync.
Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel anytime.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely using modern cloud infrastructure.
Why should I choose Worqan over older field-service software?
